We design and manufacture composite nonstructural air ducting to precise customer specifications. An expendable or reusable lay-up mandrel is layered with resin-impregnated carbon fiber, fiberglass or Kevlar, then vacuum-bagged and oven-cured. After trimming, metal and/or plastic details are added to complete the process.

Sizes range from the very small up to 216 inches (540 cm) in length and 24 inches (125 cm) in diameter.



We manufacture composite flat or curved panel assemblies to precise customer specifications. A reusable mold is layered with resin-impregnated carbon fiber, fiberglass or Kevlar and oven-cured. After trimming, a variety of details including metal, plastic and electrical components are added to complete the process.
